  • Pavlo Rozenko told about a planned increase of pensions

    From December 1, 2018, the minimum size of pensions will increase to UAH 1,497. Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko announced in air of the Espresso.TV.

    "Starting December 1 in this year, the subsistence minimum and the minimum pension will increase to UAH 1,497", he said.

    "A corresponding readjustment will be made also to all seniors whose pension size depends on the subsistence minimum for disabled people", said the Vice Prime Minister.

    From January 1, 2019, according to him, a further increase in pensions for military pensioners will take place. "For the second consecutive year pensions will be revaluated for military pensioners, which is more than half a million of our fellow citizens", added Pavlo Rozenko.

    He also reminded that on March 1, 2019, the modernization of pensions for 10 million pensioners will take place. "For more than 10 million citizens from March 1, 2019, the readjustment of pensions will take place. Payments will increase by about 12-17%. And this will take place on annual basis", stressed the Vice Prime Minister.
