The Pension Fund of Ukraine has wound up a process of modernization of retirement payments to military pensioners. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko in an interview with TV Channel 5.

"We kept our promise to recalculate superannuation to military retirees before May 1. There are literally 800 cases, which for a day or two the Pension Fund will reconsider, and all 544.000 military retirees will receive revaluation of pensions to the full extent", Pavlo Rozenko said.

"The highest supplement to pension is accrued to those military servicemen who were liquidators of the Chernobyl  disaster ", the Vice Prime Minister stressed.
