Day 547 of the russian full-scale military aggression against Ukraine continues.

Also, the occupants launched yet another attack on the territory of Ukraine using Shahed-136/131 UAVs. The Ukrainian air defense intercepted 12x combat UAVs of the adversary.

During the day of August 24, the enemy launched 5x missile and 34x air strikes, 41x MLRS attacks at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, the russian terrorist attacks have killed and wounded civilians. Residential buildings, port infrastructure, schools, and other civilian infrastructure were damaged.

The likelihood of missile and air strikes across Ukraine remains high.

During the day of August 24, there were 26x combat engagements.

Volyn and Polissya axes: no significant changes.

Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna axes: the adversary launched an air strike in the vicinities of Bobylivka (Sumy oblast). The invaders fired mortars and artillery at more than 25x settlements, including Bleshnya, Yanzhulivka, Mykolaivka (Chernihiv oblast), Chernatske, Lomlenka, Kindrativka, Novodmytrivka (Sumy oblast), Udy, Hraniv, Ohirtseve, Bochkove, Budarky (Kharkiv oblast).

Kupyansk axis: the adversary conducted unsuccessful offensives in the vicinity of Novojehorivka (Luhansk oblast). The enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Orlyanske (Kharkiv oblast), and Nadiya (Luhansk oblast). The settlements of Dvorichna, Synkivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka, Berestove (Kharkiv oblast) came under artillery and mortar fire of the adversary.

Lyman axis: the enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Spirne and Rozdolivka. The adversary fired artillery at more than 30x settlements, including Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Spirne and Rozdolivka (Donetsk oblast).

Bakhmut axis: The invaders launched air strikes in the vicinities of Ivanivske and Bila Hora (Donetsk oblast). More than 10x settlements, including, Vasyukivka, Minkivka, Markove, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, New York (Donetsk oblast), suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

Avdiivka axis: the adversary conducted unsuccessful offensives in the area south of Avdiivka (Donetsk oblast). The invaders fired artillery at more than 10x settlements, including Novobakhmutivka, Novokalynove, Stepove, Karlivka, Pervomaiske, Nevelske (Donetsk oblast).

Maryinka axis: the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to hold back the russian offensive in the vicinity of Maryinka and Novomykhailivka (Donetsk oblast). The enemy launched an air strike in the vicinity of Krasnohorivka (Donetsk oblast). The invaders fired artillery at the settlements of Zhelanne Pershe, Oleksandropil, Pobjeda, Katerynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Illinka (Donetsk oblast).

Shakhtarske axis: the enemy launched an air strike in the vicinity of Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast). More than 10x settlements, including Vuhledar, Novoukrainka, Zolota Nyva, Vremivka, Staromaiorske, Rivnopil (Donetsk oblast), suffered from enemy artillery shelling.

Zaporizhzhia axis: The invaders launched air strikes in the vicinities of Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia oblast). More than 20x settlements suffered from enemy artillery shelling, including Novodarivka, Malynivka, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka, Mali Shcherbaky, Pyatykhatky (Zaporizhzhia oblast).

Kherson axis: the adversary launched an air strike in the vicinity of Tyahynka (Kherson oblast). The adversary fired artillery at more than 15x settlements, including Lvove, the city of Kherson, Komyshany, Bilozerka, Kizomys (Kherson oblast) and Ochakiv (Mykolaiv oblast)

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct the offensive operation on Melitopol axis, consolidating their positions and conducting counter-battery fire.

During the day of August 24, Ukrainian Air Force launched 1x air strike on a command post, 13x air strikes on the concentrations of troops, and 3x air strikes on the anti-aircraft missile system of the adversary.

During the day of August 24, the Ukrainian missile and artillery troops hit 1x command posts, 1x concentration of troops, weapons, and military equipment, and 3x artillery systems of the adversary at their firing positions, 1x anti-aircraft missile system, 1x ammunition depot and 1x electronic warfare station of the invaders.
