The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.

During the day of September 15, there were 17 combat engagements. Also, today the russian federation has conducted another massive air strike with Iranian Shahed-136/131 strike UAVs. As a result of successful combat operations, the Air Force along with the air defense of other units of the Defense Forces destroyed all 17 Shahed UAVs. In total the russian invaders launched 54 air strikes and 20 MLRS strikes at the positions of Ukrainian troops and various settlements. Unfortunately, the russian terrorist attacks wounded civilians. 

Volyn and Polissya axes: no significant changes. There are no signs of offensive groups being formed. Certain units of the belarusian armed forces are performing tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.

Sivershchyna and Slobozhanshchyna axes: the enemy maintains its military presence in the border areas, continues shelling Ukrainian settlements from the territory of russia. The adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Leonivka and Hremyach (Chernihiv oblast). More than 20 settlements suffered enemy artillery and mortars fire, including Novovasylivka, Seredyna-Buda, Vodolahy, Stepne (Sumy oblast), Hatyshche, Pletenivka, Vovchanski Khutory (Kharkiv oblast).

Kupyansk axis: the enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Kotlyarivka (Kharkiv oblast) and Novoselivske (Luhansk oblast). The settlements of Dvorichna, Masyutivka, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Kyslivka (Kharkiv oblast) came under enemy artillery and mortars fire.

Lyman axis: the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions. The adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Novojehorivka, Makiyivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast) and Spirne, Vesele (Donetsk oblast). More than 10 settlements suffered enemy artillery and mortars fire, including Nevske, Bilohorivka (Luhansk oblast), Rozdolivka, Spirne (Donetsk oblast).

Bakhmut axis: the enemy tried to restore the lost position in the vicinity of Yahidne and Bohdanivka (Donetsk oblast). The enemy launched air strikes in the vicinities of Bohdanivka and New York (Donetsk oblast). More than 20 settlements came under enemy artillery and mortars fire, including Minkivka, Bohdanivka, Ivanivske, Klishchiyivka, Andriyivka, Druzhba (Donetsk oblast).

Avdiyivka axis: the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) actions. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at about 10 settlements, including Novokalynove, Stepove, Avdiyivka, Sjeverne, Keramik (Donetsk oblast). 

Maryinka axis: during the day of September 15, the Ukrainian defenders repelled 7 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Maryinka. The adversary launched an air strike near Krasnohorivka (Donetsk oblast), where artillery and mortar attacks continued. The invaders fired artillery and mortars at about 10 settlements, including Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka, Kostyantynivka, Katerynivka, Yelyzavetivka (Donetsk oblast).

Shakhtarske axis: the adversary launched air strikes in the vicinities of Urozhaine and Staromaiorske (Donetsk oblast). About 10 settlements, including Vodyane, Vuhledar, Prechystivka, Shakhtarske, Zolota Nyva, Novomaiorske (Donetsk oblast), came under enemy artillery and mortars fire.

Zaporizhzhia axis: the occupiers launched air strikes near the settlements of Mala Tokmachka and Robotyne (Zaporizhzhia oblast). The invaders fired artillery and mortars at more than 20 settlements, including Charivne, Orikhiv, Mali Shcherbaky, Kamyanske (Zaporizhzhia oblast).

Kherson axis: the russian occupiers fired artillery and mortars at more than 10 settlements, including Olhivka, Kherson (Kherson oblast) and Stara Bohdanivka (Mykolaiv oblast).

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct the offensive operation on Melitopol axis and offensives (assaults) on Bakhmut axis, destroying the enemy and step by step liberating the occupied territories. As a result of the assault operations, the Defense Forces have partial success in the vicinity of Klishchiyivka (Donetsk oblast).

Because of catastrophic losses of the occupiers, in order to replenish the newly formed 25th Combined Arms Army of the russian federation, mobilization activities of the local population are being carried out in the Primorsky Krai and Khabarovsk Krai of the russian federation. In particular, active propaganda activities are being carried out in vocational schools, technical schools and among graduates of boarding schools with the involvement of russian military personnel of the newly formed 25th Army who graduated from those educational institutions.

When joining the military service, occupation agitators offer a one-time payment of 600,000 rubles and a cash allowance of 200,000 rubles.
