During the 24 hours of October 17, units of the State Emergency Service provided 255 responses to eliminate the consequences of shelling by the occupiers of settlements and infrastructure facilities:

• 19 fires were extinguished,

• 29 people were rescued,

• 100 people were provided psychological assistance.

Background

Since the beginning of the war, 61,336 response activities have been carried out, 12,941 fires have been extinguished, 2,849 people rescued, psychological assistance has been provided to 179,336 people.
