  • Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

    According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of July 4, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 244 (5 children out of this number, 0 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection).

    The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 2,925,380 people have been vaccinated.

    On July 3, 2021, 24,363 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 21,465 - CoronaVac vaccine, 2,298 – Comirnaty vaccine, 600 – AstraZeneka, Janssen - 0.

    During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 333 persons, 14 patients died, 419 persons recovered. There have been conducted 17,351 testings (9,889 using the PCR method, 1,712 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 5,750).

    During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

    • 2,237,823 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
    • 2,171,601 people recovered;
    • 52,484 people died;
    • 10,925,065 testings have been conducted.
