Operational situation on the diplomatic front as 19:00, April 14

Ukrainian diplomacy continues to exert every effort  to increase world support in order to bring victory over the russian invader. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba discussed with the U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken the next package of military assistance for Ukraine and agreed on positions on further sanctions to be imposed against russia.

International support 

Following the talks with DmytroKuleba, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ireland Simon Coveney states his support for the oil embargo against russia.

Sweden and Poland are working on a donors' conference for Ukraine in May

Speakers of the Senates of Poland and the Czech Republic during their visit to Ukraine visited Irpin, Bucha and Borodyanka and saw firsthand the consequences of russia’s war crimes. 

France has decided to resume the work of  its embassy in Kyiv

Sanctions

The United Kingdom has imposed sanctions on oligarch Roman Abramovich's business partners, Yevhen Tenenbaum and David Davidovich. In particular, the British government froze their assets worth £10 billion.

Humanitarian help

The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of Poland has allocated zł300,000 for the printing of zł80,00 copies of children's literature in Ukrainian, as well as zł450,000 for the printing of 40 thousand copies of the children's book "Small book - big man".
