  • Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

    According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of July 27, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 681 (37 children out of this number, 5 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection).

    The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 5,081,924 vaccines have been made.

    On July 27, 2021, 3,264,715 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 32,420 - CoronaVac vaccine, 40,646 – Comirnaty vaccine, 21,969 – AstraZeneka, Janssen – 0, Moderna – 48,293.

    Vaccination was carried out by 829 mobile immunization teams, 2,666 vaccination stations and 360 vaccination centers.

    During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 507 persons, 15 patients died, 459 persons recovered. There have been conducted 46,244 testings (20,673 using the PCR method, 8,592 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 16,979).

    During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

    • 2,250,061 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
    • 2,185,339 people recovered;
    • 52,891 people died;
    • 11,321,947 testings have been conducted.
