According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of January 10, 2022 in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 5,429 (306 children out of this number, 168 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.
The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 28,916,728 vaccines have been made.
Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 14,842,428 people have been vaccinated. On January 10, 2022, 96,385 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 20,124 – CoronaVac vaccine, 68,351 – Comirnaty vaccine, 2,759 – AstraZeneka, 0 – Janssen, Moderna – 5,151.
Vaccination was carried out by 824 mobile immunization teams, 3,282 vaccination points and 439 vaccination centers.
During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 915 persons, 219 patients died, 7,761 persons recovered. There have been conducted 65,191 testings (29,112 using the PCR method, 4,745 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 31,334).
