  • Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

    According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of July 1, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 696 (36 children out of this number, 33 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

    The COVID-19 vaccination campaign started on February 24, 2021. Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 2 767 613 people have been vaccinated.

    Since the beginning of the immunization campaign, 2,001,132 people have been vaccinated. On June 30, 2021, 90,959 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. Of this number 0 people got CoviShield vaccine, 34616 – CoronaVac vaccine, 36779 – Comirnaty vaccine, 19564 – AstraZeneka, 0 - Janssen.

    During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 439 persons, 33 patients died, 1,197 persons recovered. There have been conducted 44 088 testings (19 756 using the PCR method,
    8 924 using the ELISA method and research by rapid tests for antigen to SARS-CoV-2 – 15 408).

    During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

    • 2 236 497 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
    • 2 169 584 people recovered;
    • 52 424 people died;
    • 10 881 002 testings have been conducted.
