  • Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

    According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of November 11, in Ukraine, there have been officially confirmed 10,611 (350 children out of this number, 493 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

    During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 1,453 persons, 191 patients died, 6,802 persons recovered. There have been conducted 73,285 testing (43,908 using the PCR method and 29,377 using the ELISA method).

    During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

    • 489,808 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
    • 221,459 people recovered;
    • 8,947 people died;
    • 3,735,166 testing have been conducted.

    The largest number of confirmed cases in the last 24 hours was registered in Kyiv city (965 cases), Odesa region (705), Kyiv region (693), Lviv region (684 cases), Zaporizhia region (592 cases).

    Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are not available. The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as well as by regional laboratories.
