Update on the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection

According to the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as of November 10, in Ukraine there have been officially confirmed 10,179 (353 children out of this number, 417 healthcare workers) new cases of COVID-19 infection.

During the last 24 hours, there have been hospitalized 1,252 persons, 191 patients died, 5,514 persons recovered. There have been conducted 68,962 testing (42,966 using the PCR method and 25,996 using the ELISA method).

During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

  • 479,197 persons contracted COVID-19 infection;
  • 214,657 people recovered;
  • 8,756 people died;
  • 3,691,258 testing have been conducted.

The largest number of confirmed cases in the last 24 hours was registered in Kyiv city (747 cases), Zhytomyr region (646 cases), Kyiv region (628), Odesa region (608), Zaporizhia region (588 cases).

Data from the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are not available. The studies were conducted by the Virology Reference Laboratory of the Public Health Center of Ukraine, as well as by regional laboratories.
