July 7-9, a Ukrainian delegation headed by acting Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Olha Trofimtseva is staying in Tel Aviv, Israel, within the framework of the trade mission #GOISRAEL2019.
During the stay in Israel, Olha Trofimtseva is scheduled to have a number of meetings, in particular, with the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Israel Uri Ariel and representatives of the Ministry, with the Head of the MASHAV Israel’s Center for International Development Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Gil Haskel and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the State of Israel Hennadii Nadolenko and members of the business association.
Moreover, the agenda of the visit of the acting Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine includes a visit to the Israeli Agricultural Research Organization, Volkani Center.
Besides, on July 8, a round table with the Federation of Israeli Chambers of Commerce and the Israel-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held under the chairmanship of acting Minister Olha Trofimtseva.
The business delegation includes Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises of the agricultural sector, producers of food and beverages, in particular, such products as candies, pastries, ready-made meat products, sauces, juices, jams, cheeses, marmalade, bars, drinks, berries, fruits and vegetables.
The participants in the Ukrainian delegation will participate in individual B2B meetings with potential purchasers to establish business contacts, undergo training on trading opportunities in Israel and access to the Israeli market. In addition, visits to Israeli companies are planned for the exchange of experience.
