From today receipt of applications from everyone who wants to test the beta version of the Diia (Action) mobile app will start. Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk and Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced this during a briefing following the Government's sitting.
"Transfer in online of all services is a priority of the Government's Action Program. And creation of the Diia (Action) mobile app is one of the steps on the way towards it. It is symbolic that we launch the application based on the outcomes of 100 days of the work of the Government", Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk underlined during a briefing. According to the Prime Minister, citizens paid fines to the tune of UAH 71 million this year for not bringing with them a driver's license or vehicle registration certificate.
"Ukrainian drivers very soon will not have to carry paper driving licence with them, they will be replaced by digital ones", Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Digital Transformation stressed.
Applications will be accepted until December 16, when official testing of the beta version of the Diia (Action) mobile app with access to digital driving licence and vehicle registration certificate will officially begin. Within five days, anyone can apply for testing and receive additional information on the conditions for the participation: https://team.diia.gov.ua/. These people will not only have an opportunity to join the development of Diia (Action) programme, but they will in fact become co-authors of the most innovative project in Ukraine.
