Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Unity of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov held a dialogue meeting with international partners and representatives of embassies.

“The issues of unity, building ties with Ukrainians abroad, and their return require a systematic approach, strategic vision and comprehensive interaction between the state, civil society and international partners,” said Oleksiy Chernyshov.

During the meeting, three priority tasks of the Ministry of National Unity were discussed:

• Communication and connection with Ukrainians abroad.
• Involvement in the life of the country and the return of Ukrainians to their homeland, as well as the promotion of Ukrainian agendas abroad.
• Adaptation of state policies to the needs of Ukrainian citizens living abroad (digitalisation, access to services, multiple citizenship, access to housing, work, retraining and remote support for Ukrainians abroad).

“The goal of the Ministry of National Unity is to build practical and defined interaction with international partners and the diplomatic community within the framework of priority goals and objectives,” the Deputy Prime Minister stressed.

Oleksiy Chernyshov thanked the participants of the meeting for their constructive dialogue, support and joint efforts to preserve Ukraine’s human capital both inside and outside the country.
