Oleksiy Chernyshov and Czech Minister of Industry and Trade open Business Club Ukraine meeting in Prague
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Unity of Ukraine Oleksiy Chernyshov, together with Czech Minister of Industry and Trade Lukáš Vlček, opened a meeting of the Business Club Ukraine in Prague.
During the event, Oleksiy Chernyshov expressed gratitude to the Czech Ministry and personally to Lukáš Vlček for supporting the Business Club Ukraine initiative, noting that this platform was highly relevant and in demand for fostering business connections and new projects in the context of Ukraine’s recovery.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasised that, despite the ongoing war, Ukraine is looking to the future.
“We clearly understand that after achieving sustainable peace, our main focus must be on economic development, attracting investments, urgent reforms, and creating jobs. This is why formats like Business Club Ukraine hold particular value,” Oleksiy Chernyshov stated.
Additionally, Oleksiy Chernyshov and the Czech Minister held a meeting of the co-chairs of the Ukrainian-Czech Joint Commission on Economic, Industrial, and Scientific-Technical Cooperation.
Participants reviewed the results of implementing joint plans and discussed prospects for expanding economic, investment, and scientific-technical cooperation. In particular, they agreed to establish a permanent Working Group on digitalisation, digital innovations, and technologies.
“Working within the framework of the Ukrainian-Czech Joint Commission is an important tool for developing strategic partnerships in our shared European future,” the Deputy Prime Minister underscored.
