The XXVIІІ meeting of the Coordination Council for Public Administration Reform took place today.
The meeting was held online under the chairmanship of Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Oleh Nemchinov. The event was attended by MPs, representatives of the Office of the President, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the National Agency on Civil Service, the State Audit Service, NGOs and foreign partners.
During the meeting, the participants discussed the functioning of directorates within the ministries and the civil service positions that are classified as reform specialists. The members of the Coordination Council also presented the draft concept of the State Programme for Institutional Preparation of Ukraine for EU Accession.
In conclusion, the meeting supported the proposal of the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers to establish a communications working group under the Coordination Council for Public Administration Reform, to define its main tasks and to authorise the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers to approve the members of this group.
