We need to be strong on all fronts, including the front of fighting corruption, said the Minister of Defence of Ukraine during the governmental presentation of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025, which took place at the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP). The event was held within the framework of the European Union Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine in cooperation with the NACP.

The Head of the Defence Ministry stressed that the fight against corruption was one of the priorities of the Government and the Ministry of Defence, and therefore work in this area was ongoing.

“As a member of the Government, I supported the adoption of the State Anti-Corruption Programme at all stages. The Ministry of Defence is ready to implement this programme, while observing reasonable restrictions on security issues related to countering the armed aggression of the russian federation. As the full-scale war continues, we have to consider and respond to all risks and threats,” said Oleksii Reznikov.

The presentation of the State Anti-Corruption Programme for 2023-2025 was also attended by representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, embassies, NGOs, international partners, and the media.
