    On the Diia portal, users can get an extract from the Unified State Register (USR) in a few clicks. This is one of the most popular documents for Ukrainians who were or are entrepreneurs.

    “We are building a digital country where business can interact with the state in a few clicks. The world’s fastest registration of individual entrepreneurs, filing a tax return and paying taxes are just some of the services available to entrepreneurs in Diia. Now we have added an option to get an extract from the Unified State Register online. So that Ukrainians can quickly obtain the necessary documents and spend time on business development, rather than going to government agencies,” said Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

    An extract from the Unified State Register is an important document confirming that you had or have a business, and also containing information about company’s activities. It is necessary in many life situations of entrepreneurs. For example, when signing contracts or applying for bank services.

    Previously, in order to obtain an extract from the Unified State Register, one had to apply to a registrar, notary, or go to an Administrative Service Center. Then pay an administrative fee and wait a day to get the document.

    Now one can get an extract from the Unified State Register via the Diia portal. In just a few clicks, instantly and with a lower administrative fee than when obtaining the document offline.

    In order to obtain an extract from the USR, one needs to:

    • log in to the Diia portal;
    • select the “Extract from the USR” service;
    • review and confirm data contained in the register;
    • pay an administrative fee of UAH 100, instead of UAH 130 offline;
    • receive an extract in the PDF format.

    Everything is convenient and fast. No need to go to government agencies and wait to receive the document.

    The service was developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation jointly with the Ministry of Justice through the EGAP Program implemented by the East Europe Foundation with the support of Switzerland.
