Mykola Solskyi talks with newly appointed Turkish counterpart

Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Solskyi held an online meeting with the newly appointed Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Turkey İbrahim Yumaklı.

The parties discussed further steps of cooperation in the agricultural sector between Ukraine and Turkey. They also discussed the importance of the Black Sea Grain Corridor and the need to extend its operation.

İbrahim Yumaklı said he was pleased to meet his Ukrainian counterpart and assured that Ukraine and Turkey would continue to cooperate in the interests of both countries.

For his part, Mykola Solskyi congratulated the Turkish Minister on his appointment and expressed hope for fruitful cooperation.
