Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said:

"IT schools that are residents of Diia.City will not pay VAT.

This is an important part of an IT education reform. Exemption of the edtech market from VAT will provide companies with more opportunities for development, they will have more resources for scaling.

According to experts' estimates, by 2030 the Ukrainian IT sector will need at least 500-600 thousand specialists. Therefore, our priority is to provide quality education to people who want to work in IT sector.

We continue to reform IT education so that more cool IT people appear in Ukraine."
