New administrative and financial opportunities that arise due to the decentralization reform and government support programs for farmers, primarily for livestock and farm construction, will allow to drastically change situation in rural areas and to create new productions and new jobs on the ground. This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on air of the 112.UA TV channel.

The Prime Minister reminded that support mechanisms encapsulate cheapening of loans, compensation for the cost of agricultural equipment and other tools. "We introduce mechanisms that will allow to create jobs in the village. Decentralization in synergy with sectoral support programs will have an effect", the Head of Government underscored.
