Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine and Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan determine areas for further cooperation in social sphere

On December 23, 2021, the Minister of Social Policy Maryna Lazebna met with the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sahil Babayev.

During the meeting the parties discussed social reforms carried out by the governments of both countries, promising areas of cooperation in the social sphere, and expressed intention to intensify partnership through exchange of experience and information, holding bilateral consultations, including in the issues of child protection, digitalization of social sphere, implementation of self-employment program for vulnerable groups of the population.

On the outcomes of the meeting the parties reached accord on further interdepartmental cooperation and concluding a Memorandum of cooperation in the social sphere.
