  • Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development: 4,500 Ukrainians have already received housing certificates to buy new homes

    The total amount of compensation guaranteed by the state is almost UAH 8 billion. A third of the holders of housing certificates have already purchased new homes worth more than UAH 3 billion.

    The state programme of compensation for damaged and destroyed housing continues to work with people whose homes need to be repaired. More than UAH 4 billion has been paid for current and major repairs. 45,000 Ukrainian families have already used these funds to rebuild their homes, and the total number of applications for assistance is approaching 80,000. Most of the applications are from Kharkiv, Kyiv, Donetsk, Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.

    The eVidnovlennia (eRecovery) programme was developed by the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development jointly with the Ministry of Digital Transformation with the support of the USAID / UK aid Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services (TAPAS) Project.
