Pharmacy project is to provide access to medicines in communities where pharmacies have been destroyed as a result of the war, as well as to medicines at affordable prices that may either not be available at the nearest pharmacy or cost more than under the Affordable Medicines program.

To purchase medicines, you need to call the contact center at 0 800 300 545 and follow the instructions in the voice menu. The generated order will be sent to the customer to the nearest branch using the Ukrposhta Express service. Delivery is free of charge and currently takes up to three days between regional centers (excluding the day of departure). The order is stored in the Ukrposhta branch for 7 calendar days.
