Ministry of Finance: General fund of the state budget received UAH 313.5 billion in March

According to the latest data (as of 16:00 on 31.03), in March 2025, the general fund of the state budget received UAH 313.5 billion in taxes, fees and mandatory payments.

As of March, the State Tax Service’s revenues totalled UAH 159.4 billion, including:

  • UAH 86.0 billion – corporate income tax;
  • UAH 26.8 billion – personal income tax and military levy;
  • UAH 25.8 billion – value added tax (UAH 39.5 billion collected, UAH 13.7 billion refunded);
  • UAH 14.2 billion – excise tax;
  • UAH 3.9 billion – rent payments.

Payments from the State Customs Service amounted to UAH 51.4 billion.

Another important source of revenues to the general fund of the state budget in March this year was the funds received by Ukraine in the form of international assistance (grants) in the amount of UAH 97.8 billion under the implementation of the Grant Agreement for the Facilitation of Resources to Invest in Strengthening Ukraine Financial Intermediary Fund between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

In general, according to the latest data, as of March 2025, the general and special funds of the state budget received UAH 360.9 billion in taxes, fees and other payments. In addition, UAH 43.7 billion (as of 28 March) was received in the form of unified social contribution to the pension and social insurance funds.
