Ministry of Finance: Government decision introduces tax information exchange for individuals via LOGICA system

On 3 September, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a resolution* enhancing the procedure for exchanging information between tax authorities and local self-government bodies through the LOGICA information and analytical system for planning and executing local budgets.

Local self-government bodies will now receive not only data on legal entities but also information on the tax settlement status of individual taxpayers.

The resolution also specifies the data that local councils must submit to the LOGICA system, including details on rental rates.

This innovation will provide territorial communities with additional tools for effective planning and oversight of local budget revenues.

The resolution takes effect on the day of its publication.
