Ministry of Economy presents Green Platform at URC 2025

On 11 July, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine presented the Green Platform, a digital catalogue of more than 60 green finance programmes for businesses, communities and enterprises, at the URC 2025 International Ukraine Recovery Conference. The project has been launched on the Made in Ukraine portal.

"The Green Platform is not just a catalogue, but a strategic development tool. As a single entry point to green finance, it is integrated into the Made in Ukraine portal and will help businesses and communities quickly find relevant programmes to implement energy-efficient, resource-saving and low-carbon solutions. Our goal is to make green finance accessible and effective so that Ukraine's recovery is sustainable, technologically advanced and future-oriented," said Andrii Teliupa, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.

The platform includes:

- catalogue of grant, loan and investment programmes;

- personalised search for the needs of businesses, enterprises and communities;

- information hub with examples of realised projects and up-to-date analytics.

The Green Platform was created by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine jointly with the Green Transition Office and DiXi Group think tank with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation.

According to Andrii Kitura, Head of the Green Transition Office and DiXi Group Development Director, the platform provides a convenient form for adding new programmes: "We invite financial institutions, donors and investment funds to submit information about their initiatives directly via the platform”.

Currently, more than 60 sources of financing are available on the platform. The Ministry of Economy plans to expand the platform's features and will continue to attract new green finance instruments together with international partners.

Background information

URC 2025 is the fourth Ukraine Recovery Conference, which took place on 10-11 July 2025, continuing a series of high-level international events dedicated to the rapid recovery and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine. The conference brought together governments, financial institutions, businesses, communities and civil society.

The Green Transition Office is an independent advisory body under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, established in October 2024. It is implemented by DiXi Group with financial support from the United Kingdom Department for International Development. The Office provides advice and analytics for the implementation of reforms in the field of green transition, energy and climate policy, coordinates decarbonisation projects and the implementation of the Green Platform.
