Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration Valeria Ionan met with Deputy Minister of Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Czech Republic Silvana Jirotková, Head of the Political and Economic Department and Deputy Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Ukraine Jiri Preclik, as well as representatives of IT companies of the Czech Republic.

During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation between Ukraine and the Czech Republic in the field of IT. Areas for further cooperation were also singled out, in particular: smart city, Diia City, interaction through the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, cooperation at the regional level.

"It has been a constructive meeting for exchange of information about our digitization projects and outlining ways for future cooperation. In particular, representatives of the Czech Republic learned about the Diia as a brand of digital state and project ecosystem: application Diia, portal Diia, projects Diia.Business, Diia.Digital Education, Diia City", said Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration Valeria Ionan.

Deputy Minister of Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship of the Czech Republic Silvana Jirotková said: "We are interested in bilateral cooperation with Ukraine and, in particular, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, to jointly implement digitization projects that will improve the lives of citizens and promote business development."
