  • A tender is announced for development of Trembita-based interaction tools

    Estonian e-Governance Academy has announced a tender for the introduction of e-interaction process through Trembita.

    Trembita is the basis of interaction of state electronic information resources in Ukraine. And due to that, one of the key elements of the infrastructure of e-services provision.

    The system is designed to provide technological support for the exchange of electronic data from information resources among authorities in the provision of e-services.

    The purpose is to provide an opportunity to implement information interaction of the registers platform with information systems and registers of other state bodies, as well as to establish the process of interdepartmental electronic interaction through Trembita.

    According to the terms of the tender, the object of automation are the following processes:

    • verification of passport documents among the lost (stolen) in the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
    • verification of passport documents among the valid in the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
    • obtaining information from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations;
    • verification of the registration number of the taxpayer's account card in the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers;
    • verification of the unique record number contained in the Unified State Demographic Register in the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

    Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until February 22 inclusive.

    Trembita-based services for the development of interaction tools for the registries platform are provided under the European Union-funded International Technical Assistance Project "Interoperability, e-Services and Cyber Security (EU4DigitalUA)". The project is implemented by the Estonian e-Governance Academy (EGA).
