Ministry of Digital Transformation: The number of administrative services access points is approaching 3,000

Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, posted 17 February 2022 11:39

The main objective of the Ministry of Digital Transformation in the field of public services is to provide every Ukrainian with the opportunity to receive modern and high-quality administrative services in their community.

Until recently, residents of cities of regional significance and district centers had an advantage in receiving administrative services. Today, for many, services have become available near home without the need to go to the district center.

At the beginning of 2022, the CASP (Center for Administrative Service Provision – ed.) network in Ukraine has grown to about 3,000 points. Among those are 1,027 CASPs, 1,712 remote workplaces, 124 territorial subdivisions and 28 mobile CASPs. Compared to 2020, the network has grown by 1.500 points. Only 200 Centers opened during the recent quarter.

The following regions became the leaders in the level of accessibility of public services: Ivano-Frankivsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Volyn and Cherkasy.

In 2022, the state allocated UAH 231 million in subventions to help communities build a network of Centers. Everyone can apply for a subvention on the Diia. Centres Platform.

To ensure the development of the CASP network, the Ministry of Digital Transformation increases both quantitative and qualitative indicators of the network. We are expanding the list of administrative services in the CASP, expanding the network of Diia Centers, introducing new digital tools and raising quality standards.
