Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to launch more and more online services and make them simple and understandable for everyone. Last week, 7 new social services were presented at the Online Summit. These include registration of subsidies, assignment and recalculation of pensions, certificates of work and insurance experience, certificate of pensioner's income and extract from the register of insured persons.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov on air of the program Podrobytsi Tyzhnia (Details of the Week – ed.) on the Inter TV channel.
"We make it possible for people of all ages and with different levels of digital literacy to use online services. We have launched subsidies, pension services and certificates on the Diia portal. We have already received almost 20,000 generated documents on social services online over a week. People are actively using new services. We are analyzing what can be improved and we will actively do it," Mykhailo Fedorov added.
Within a week, 15,000 Ukrainians received a certificate of insurance and work experience, 3,000 received an extract from the register of insured persons, and 700 received a certificate of pensioner's income. Hundreds of Ukrainians have also applied for pensions and subsidies and are awaiting consideration. This number of users only confirms the need for online pension and social services.
Moreover, the Ministry of Digital Transformation has triggered almost a thousand offline support points throughout Ukraine. The support service helps Ukrainians with the generation of COVID-certificates, as well as with questions related to services in the Diia application and portal.
In addition, last week they launched a beta testing of declaring a place of residence on the Diia portal. More than 5,500 Ukrainians have already signed up. It is available at the link. We scale the service all over the country. Please note that for residents of Dnipro, Odesa, Chernivtsi, Mykolayiv and Kherson, it will be available later. Holders of ID-cards and passports-booklets will be able to receive the service in 1 working day.
