    The Government of Ukraine has been implementing fundamental reforms that shape a new system of country building in the recent years. This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman on air of the ICTV channel in the Freedom of Speech program. The theme of the program was the Government's 2018 report and plans for 2019. In his speech, the Head of Government honored the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred who gave their lives during of the Revolution of Dignity, and the Ukrainian heroes who died at the front in the east of Ukraine.

    "I understand how difficult it is today for families of the fallen. This pain will never hurt less with time. The only thing to remember is that it wasn't for nothing", Volodymyr Groysman said.

    Speaking about the report on the performance of the Government, the Prime Minister stressed that the figures are not empty shell, but the results of the country's life in the year and the result of government decisions aimed at solving the problems facing the country for years to come.

    "We have achieved macroeconomic stabilization, and we plan to ensure further economic growth. We do not do something for a month or two. We approve systemic decisions", the Prime Minister underscored.

    The Head of Government cited decentralization reform, implementation of energy efficiency policy as example of such systemic decisions.
