The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development is working on digitizing the texts of state building standards. Therefore, the use of technical regulations will become more accessible and convenient. Deputy Minister for Communities and Territories Development Natalia Kozlovska.

"It’s the high time for translating state building standards into digital. This year, the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development has managed to find support from a permanent reliable partner in the implementation of reforms in Ukraine - the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). Thanks to their financial assistance, we will be able to digitize hundreds of such documents. These are more than 160 documents (about 10 thousand pages), subject to relevant changes and amendments. In addition, the correct verification of digitized documents is important. Therefore, we continue to actively work on digitalization, transparency and accessibility of services in the urban planning industry," said Natalia Kozlovska.

Thus, for the public and professionals in the construction industry there will be created convenient conditions for the use of digital control copies of state building norms. Updated versions of building norms will also be available, taking into account previously included changes. This will greatly simplify the practical use of such documents and improve their visual perception.

It should be noted, earlier the Minister for Communities and Territories Oleksii Chernyshov reported that the Verkhovna Rada had registered the draft Law "About including amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses and the Criminal Code of Ukraine concerning strengthening of responsibility in the field of urban planning activity".
