Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk and the team of the Ministry are on a working visit to Volyn and Rivne regions.

The program of the trip includes inspection of places of compact accommodation of internally displaced persons, examination of living conditions in geriatric institutions where elderly IDPs are staying, communication with orphans from among the internally displaced persons and their guardians.

The officials will inspect buildings being reconstructed for IDPs and premises that can be used for their accommodation if necessary.

At a meeting with representatives of domestic and international NGOs, they will discuss the development of partnerships and the possibility of attracting foreign experience to support people affected by war.

At the end of the trip, the Deputy Prime Minister will chair meetings in each region with the heads of the regional military administrations, heads of local communities, representatives of international humanitarian organizations and local governments.
