Iryna Vereshchuk, Deputy Prime Minister - Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, chaired a regular meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for Ensuring the Rights and Freedoms of Internally Displaced Persons.
The event gathered together representatives of the Ministry for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Social Service, the Pension Fund, the State Employment Service, the Oshchadbank, regional military administrations, and other agencies and organisations.
Among other things, the meeting participants discussed the issue of paying accommodation allowances to IDPs. They also considered the possibility of extending the timeframe for physical identification of recipients of pension and social benefits at Oshchadbank.
They also considered possible amendments to the Government's resolution on places of temporary residence for IDPs.
