Iryna Vereshchuk: International assistance to Ukraine will not weaken

International assistance to Ukraine will not weaken. This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk during one of the broadcasts. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, russia is making serious attempts to put pressure on the international community to weaken support for our state.

“But this will not happen. Even though the enemy is making considerable efforts to distract the focus of international attention to other matters. I regularly meet with representatives of the European Union and I can assure: the assistance will only increase. And I want to thank all our partners in the European Union for this,” the Deputy Prime Minister said.

Iryna Vereshchuk noted that the greatest attention is now focused on humanitarian response and successful passing of the winter period. In spring, the reconstruction of the destroyed infrastructure, buildings and structures in the liberated territories will continue.

“We count on foreign investors to solve these issues. For example, the municipal authorities of Polish Lublin offer to involve Poles in the reconstruction of Kharkiv region. They are absolutely confident, knowing all the risks, ready to invest money, including city money, to help this region. And there are many such examples. Therefore, together with our international partners, we will rebuild and invest. Including in the frontline territories,” Iryna Vereshchuk concluded.
