In the period from January to November 2022, UAH 374.7 billion was allocated for social payments from the state budget, including UAH 36.1 billion in November.
These funds were allocated along the following directions:
- UAH 57.9 billion for the payment of state social benefits, in particular to families with children, including UAH 5.6 billion in November;
- UAH 47.4 billion to provide housing assistance to internally displaced persons, including UAH 5.8 billion in November;
- UAH 28.2 billion to provide benefits and subsidies to citizens for housing and communal services, including UAH 2.6 billion in November;
- UAH 210.3 billion to the Pension Fund for the payment of pensions, additional payments and increases to pensions, including UAH 22.1 billion in November;
- UAH 30.9 billion for ePidtrymka, which ensured that all recipients who applied for this aid will receive it in full.
"The Ministry of Finance continues to work to bring the victory over the enemy closer, as we understand the need to ensure the proper social protection of our citizens. Thus, the Government continues to ensure the payment of pensions, additional payments, allowances and benefits. After all, the funds should be received on time and in full, and people should feel the support of the state, especially during martial law", Deputy Minister of Finance Roman Yermolychev commented.
