Information on the use of charitable funds by the state will be open and transparent, says Denys Shmyhal

Ukraine will raise charitable funds to support our state within the framework of the United24 project to strengthen its defense capabilities and take priority measures to restore the liberated territories. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.

"The Government has approved the procedure for accumulating and spending funds coming to Ukraine as charitable assistance. The document clearly defines which accounts are official and which public authorities are entiltled to utilize these funds. All information about this will be open and transparent," the Head of Government said.

According to the Prime Minister, such a mechanism will allow to quickly raise funds to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, healthcare sector, as well as to implement priority measures to restore the economy and damaged infrastructure aimed to quickly restore life in the deoccupied territories.
