Prime Minister presents awards to SES employees during a visit to Kherson region

On June 26, during a working visit to Kherson region, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal met with employees of the main department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
The Head of Government thanked the rescuers for their courage and professionalism and presented them with Honorary Diplomas of the Cabinet of Ministers and awards.
He noted that, risking their own lives, they are eliminating the consequences of shelling, demining the territories, evacuating the victims and helping to restore critical infrastructure.
"They work in extremely difficult conditions every day. Under enemy fire, in mined areas, among destroyed infrastructure. Their work is a constant struggle for people's lives and the stability of communities," said Denys Shmyhal.
