Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman participated in The First Minute of Peace action, which traditionally takes place as part of the celebrations on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance and Reconciliation, placed flowers to the Eternal Flame and talked to veterans of the Second World War.
