Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman demands the most severe punishment of those guilty of the murder of a 5-year-old resident of Kyiv region Kyrylo Tlialov. The Head of Government said on opening of the Cabinet of Ministers meeting. According to him, life can never be restored, but this tragedy must have gone deep in the hearts of all Ukrainians.

"It is a matter of honor to ensure that those who committed the murder were subjected to extreme penalty stipulated by law. It’s impossible to return the life to the child. I express my sincere condolences to the family. To everyone. This tragedy must have got deep in the hearts of each of us", said Volodymyr Groysman.
