The working meeting of the Minister for Veterans Affairs Iryna Friz and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Ukraine Martin Hagström took place. During the meeting, Iryna Friz told about the process of the establishment of the Ministry, as well as the main achievements and projects that the Ministry for Veterans Affairs of Ukraine had managed to implement.

"One of the main aspects of our meeting is the discussion of the Ministry's priority task – the formation of the Single State Register of Veterans and development of the E-Veteran online platform", said Iryna Friz.

Moreover, the parties also discussed the purpose and format of the setting up within the Ministry an International Council for the implementation of successful international experience and the development of a state policy strategy for veterans. "I hope for the presence of a high-ranking Swedish representative in the International Council", said the Minister for Veterans Affairs.
