The leadership of the national monopoly NJSC Naftogaz Ukrayiny bears personal responsibility for filling the gas storage facilities to ensure the heating season passage, as well as providing the transit of fuel through the Ukrainian gas transit system. While none will bear ultimatums that the leadership of the NJSC issues to the Government. Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said commenting on the court decision taken on the claim of Naftogaz Ukrayiny against the State and allows the company to terminate the transfer of UAH 15 billion of payments to the State Budget.

"This is nonsense. And not the first case when the NJSC issues an ultimatum to the State", said Volodymyr Groysman. "This is the money belonging to the people of Ukraine. Our lawyers consider this decision unlawful. It is the money belonging to Ukrainian children, pensioners, the military, public-sector employees!"

The Head of Government initiated a protocol decision, which will be directed to the NJSC Supervisory Board, with the requirement to withdraw all lawsuits from Naftogaz against the State. At the same time, the Prime Minister initiated a protocol commission to the ministries that coordinate the work of other state-run companies, to conduct a similar analysis and work of hired managers who work not with the State, as their contracts stipulate, but against it, in particular in the courts.
