Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman insists the efficiency of farming support programs should boost, those launched this year within the framework of the Government policy to support and develop agrarian industry. The Head of Government emphasized during the Government session Wednesday.

The Prime Minister stressed that farmers should become principal acquirers of resources.

"It is not bureaucracy, but access to resources that a farmer should get. It is crucial to change the structure of production and management in the countryside. Farmer always creates both jobs and high-quality products. And it is essential for us to support them. We have just launched these programs. Now we see certain problems, but we must ensure all programs be efficient", summed up Volodymyr Groysman.
