"Energy efficiency is the only possible path that will lead Ukraine to success. Along this way, we are moving in synergy with our European partners - the European Union and the Government of Germany, our partners helping from the very beginning, from 2015, politically, technically and financially. Up to now, the Energy Efficiency Fund has been established; the market of energy auditors launched; modernization of communal enterprises is being held in 41 cities with the financial support of international financial organizations. Hence, first of all, I invite the Irish business to cooperate! We are interested in the latest technologies and innovations because the investment potential and prospects being opened up now in Ukraine with the energy efficiency reform are huge", Hennadii Zubko emphasized in his speech.

The main focus of the conference is digitalization in the energy efficiency sector, business innovation, financing models for energy efficient projects and international cooperation.

Within the framework of the visit, Hennadii Zubko is scheduled to meet with Richard Bruton, Minister of Communications, Climate Action and Environment of Ireland, and Mark Wesley Menezes, the United States Under Secretary of Energy.
