A new online course, “ERP Systems for Business: Selection, Implementation, Results,” has been launched on the Diia.Business portal. It is designed for entrepreneurs, managers, and accountants of small and medium-sized businesses who aim to automate operational processes, enhance management efficiency, reduce errors and risks, and ensure control at all levels.

The online course features examples from Ukrainian businesses – from cafés to manufacturing – demonstrating how ERP systems integrate finances, logistics, personnel, and customer data into a single solution, eliminating the need for multiple programmes, spreadsheets, and chats.

The course includes 10 video lessons, each lasting 3–12 minutes. Through these, entrepreneurs will learn about:

  • The principles of ERP systems and the business processes they can automate;
  • Types of ERP solutions and criteria for selecting a system;
  • Assessing a company’s digital maturity and readiness for implementation;
  • Key ERP modules – financial, accounting, logistics, and production;
  • Practical case studies of ERP implementation in Ukrainian companies;
  • Safe transitions from russian software to alternative systems.

This course is part of a broader effort to drive digital transformation for businesses in Ukraine. It enables businesses to become more transparent, establish flexible reporting systems, streamline finances, and automate key processes.

Upon completion, participants can take a final test and receive a certificate for acquired knowledge and skills.

The online course “ERP Systems for Business: Selection, Implementation, Results” can be accessed in the “Online Courses” section of the Diia.Business portal.
