The e-cabinet of the developer, which encapsulates automated services from the beginning of pre-construction activities, construction and facility commissioning, successfully operates. Within 10 days nearly 200 citizens used its services.

"From now on, Ukrainians have an accessible and convenient e-service that prevents bribes and shadow schemes while issuing documents for small construction. This is a positive result, as almost 50% of applications were rejected last year," Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk stressed.

145 objects are already being built through the e-cabinet of tenant builder and 37 have been put into operation! The e-cabinet provides services for objects with minor (CC1) effects, which is 80% of all applications submitted to the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate.
