Ukrainian diplomacy is working to maintain the high intensity of diplomatic negotiations and the presence of foreign top officials in Ukraine as a factor of reducing security threats. Only this week, prime ministers of three countries will visit Kyiv at the same time.

The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba told about this on Sunday evening, January 30, on air of one of the TV channels.

"We really remain vigilant and consider every scenario. But diplomacy continues work, and the situation remains in compliance with diplomatic negotiations. This is the main result of intensive diplomacy in the interests of the security of Ukraine and Ukrainian citizens," the Minister said.

Dmytro Kuleba noted the active diplomatic talks of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, including telephone conversations with US leader Joseph Biden and French leader Emmanuel Macron, the main result of which is maintaining the security situation in line with diplomatic talks.

"From the very beginning, we have been building this diplomacy in such a way to make Kyiv a hub. We call this a network diplomacy. We know what they are saying to Russia and what the Russians are saying in response," Dmytro Kuleba stressed.

The Minister explained that due to the network diplomacy, intensive diplomatic contacts of the partners with the Russian side were taking place in close coordination with Ukraine, and Russia hears a common position agreed with our state.

"The following two weeks will demonstrate that clearly. Only this week we will have three prime ministers of three different countries in Kyiv at the same time," Dmytro Kuleba announced.

The Minister clarified that those are the heads of governments of Great Britain, the Netherlands and Poland.

"My colleagues from Germany and France shall visit Ukraine in a week. In particular, they will pay a trip to Donbas. I called on all partners to do this in order to see with their own eyes what war is, what are the human problems that people face there," he explained.

Dmytro Kuleba also announced a series of telephone conversations and online meetings: "We will have two extremely busy diplomatic weeks."

The Minister confirmed the unblocking of the Normandy format negotiations and commended France's leadership in this process.

The Foreign Minister of Ukraine reminded that he had instructed all Ukrainian embassies to focus on strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities and involving everything that strengthens the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He accentuated that the supply of defensive weapons was necessary primarily to strengthen Ukraine's negotiating position.

The head of the Ukrainian diplomacy added that Ukraine had already launched another area of activity - attracting support from partners to preserve Ukraine's financial and economic stability: "The EU has already decided to provide a EUR 1.2 billion in macro-financial assistance, Canada, USA, Denmark have also expressed readiness to help."
