State Border Service informs on the situation at checkpoints of the western border

During the day of August 18, more than 87,000 people and more than 19,000 vehicles crossed the western borders of Ukraine with the EU and Moldova.
Almost 44,000 people left Ukraine last day. 25,000 of them crossed the border with Poland, the rest followed to other EU countries and Moldova.
More than 43,000 people have arrived in Ukraine over the past day, almost 40,000 of them are our compatriots.
77 trucks with humanitarian aid have been registered and undergone customs clearance.
